Head Rolls: Sit in neutral position. Extend your spine up. Inhale. Exhale and gently lower your head forward. Inhale. Exhale and roll your head to the right side. Inhale. Exhale and roll your head up, being careful not to collapse the spine back. Inhale. Exhale and roll your head to the left side. Inhale. Exhale and roll your head forward. Inhale. Exhale and bring your head back up to neutral. Repeat going to the left side first.
