Sidewatcher: Sit in neutral position. Inhale. Exhale. Keeping your head still, move your eyes to the upper right hand diagonal corner. Hold for a couple of seconds. Lower your eyes to the lower left hand diagonal corner. Close your eyes briefly. Repeat, going to the upper left hand diagonal corner and then to the lower right hand diagonal corner.
