The Automated Digital Photo Collage:

Installation Views

From February through April 2013 the ADPC was installed in the Hudson Guild Gallery on 26th Street in Chelsea. There was one ADPC creating images from a camera observing visitors approaching the gallery shown on a monitor. A second installation camera was pointed at the center of the gallery, creating collages projected on the wall of the viewer in the gallery.

In the gallery were two printers, set to make 4"x6" prints. The prints were collected on a wall using tape, accumulating and falling off throughtout the duration of the show.

The 4"x6" prints generated during the show were collected on a wall using tape, accumulating and falling off throughtout the duration of the show. Here is a panoramic view of the wall in progress.

On the fourth wall of the Hudson Guild Gallery, I presented animations of Automated Digital Photo Collages on digital photo frames.
